Content/ Conference Producer

I'm looking for a content producer in Leatherhead.

You will take ultimate responsibility for the success of an individual or series of events by making sure that the intellectual content reflects accurately the messaging agreed throughout.

You must have the ability to capture the imagination of the target audience whilst ensuring management of relationships and deadlines across the project.

Key Responsibilities-

Client management-

• Provide creative development of all proposal & pitch content
• Manage all pre-event client communication
• Attend Client pitch/presentation as required
• Attend client meetings

Pre- Production-

• Lead content creation discussions with clients working with them at a strategic level to advise on agenda development and content creation
• Develop event agenda
• Manage content creation including presentation and video formats
• Update and advise clients (internal & external) via status reports, timelines and clear and regular communication
• Manage all pre-event client communication
• Research, identify and manage suppliers to suit the brief throughout the lifecycle of the project

Onsite Production-

• Main client contact for production
• Ensure all updates/changes are communicated to onsite team
• Ensure quality of event/client expectations
• Field-based video production

Post-production-

• Plan and manage video post-production as required
• Post event communications
• Publish, organise, and optimise media on third party websites such as YouTube, Facebook
• Budget reconciliation
