An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Project Coordinator to join us in Welwyn Garden City.

Within this role, you will coordinate the day to day administration and works with in Planned Team work stream, monitor timescales on projects and to act as a point of contact for the client.

You will prepare hand-over packs and all relevant paperwork pre and post works, and will process payments and provide administrative support to the Senior Contract Manager. You will also ensure that all procedures are being undertaken in total compliance with Company operating instructions.

Working with the Planned Team, you will ensure that the works streams are operating in such a way as to provide maximum support to the other functions within the branch and will ensure all tenant issues reported to the relevant team and are communicated to the site and customer care teams in a timely manner.

In addition, you will coordinate the workloads to operatives/subcontractors and to ensure all tasks issued are completed in a timely and accurate manner and will also ensure all tenant issues reported to the relevant team and are communicated to the site and customer care teams in a timely manner.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths and will have experience of working with computerised systems, including data entry and calculations.

With experience of operating in a capital works contracting environment, you should have knowledge of the filing and retrieval operations of numerical filing systems. Furthermore, experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment is important, coupled with previous coordination experience.
