Sales/Purchasing Staff - Automotive Parts
Job Description: Trainee Sales/purchasing Staff to deal with telephone, web or in person orders and assist customers to select and order products. Hours: 8.30 - 5.00 Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday 9.00 - 1.00 Responsibilities: To assist in the placement and entry of orders. To enter telephone orders. To assist customers at the shop counter. To enter catalogue requests. To enter e-mail / internet orders. To update customer details. To provide customers with price and product availability. To help customers obtain technical assistance. Qualifications: Computer proficiency, Good knowledge of automotive parts, systems and repair procedures. Patient and responsive to customers. Reliable with good attendance. Sales oriented. Attentive to detail, thorough knowledge of another language would be useful as would a driving licence ,may be required to work the occassional weekemd away from the office.Will be required to work the occassional weekend away from the office.
