My Public Sector Client is looking for a strong administrator for a temporary assignment based in Edgbaston. The role is paying £10 and then £11 in the 13th working week. This role would be full time, from Monday to Friday.

You must be an experienced, motivated and professional administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills. You must also be experienced in supporting day to day meetings, taking accurate notes/minutes as required and following up on actions.

Your role would essentially be a support for their teams to ensure that their portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively, by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management. You would be required to co-ordinate with a range of organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialities, functions and projects is supported and achieved.

Above all you should be able to work autonomously, think independently and be able to use your judgement and initiative day to day.
