Job Title: Production Operators

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Please only apply for this role if you’re eligible to work and live in the UK as the company will not be paying any relocation costs)

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary (Seasonal) - An average of42hours per week, to be worked: 0600-1800/1800-0600 (4 days on - 4 days off - 4 nights on)

The Company is a leading manufacturer of thermoformed rPET packaging to the food industry in the UK and Europe.

Their production site consists of 3 Extrusion lines and 32 Thermoforming machines, producing food grade plastic packaging.

The company has a temporary opportunity for some Production Operators.

As production operator, you will be responsible for completing visual quality inspections, working to set standards and packing products in line with customer specification. You will also need to record key production and machine running information.

All activities must be carried out in line with Company and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• Basic wok experience of a manufacturing environment & thermoforming knowledge would be advantageous.

Training will be provided for routines and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

The company are looking for people who have a good attention to detail, a can-do approach and motivated to achieve. The ideal candidate will also possess good written and verbal communication is a must as well as basic IT skills.
