Job Title: Care Assistant
Location: Yorklea Nursing Home M21 9HP and Doves Nest Centre M40 1QQ
Salary: £7.50ph
Hours of work: Full and Part Time available
Olea Care are a successful family owned business which has provided care to older people and young adults for over 25 years. Our success has been based around our philosophy of providing high quality care to service users in a cost effective manner.
Due to expansion we are recruiting for Care Assistants to work Days from our Yorklea Nursing Home. We also have requirements for Night Care Assistants for our Doves Nest Nursing home.
Duties will include:
• Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
• To care for the patients and assist the nurses by, for example, applying creams, pressure area care and minor dressing
• Building effective relationships with relatives and next of kin in order to fully support the delivery of high quality care to residents
• To exemplify our philosophy of care and support and help other members of the care team.
