Recruitment/HR Assistant
Full time, temporary to cover maternity leave (up to 12 months)
£21,126 pa
Working as part of the Human Resources Team based at Stoke on Trent College, this is a fantastic opportunity to put into practice your recruitment and HR knowledge and skills.
You will support your team to deliver an exceptional HR service, in a busy and challenging environment. A key focus of the role will be implementing and administering the College’s recruitment and selection policy and processes. The role will also involve supporting other aspects of the varied work of the department.
Candidate Requirements:
This is the perfect role if you have:
- Previous experience in a recruitment/HR role
- Knowledge of HR policies, processes and typical employee data
- Basic understanding of legal requirements and best practice
- Proven ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities within timescales
The College will consider flexible working arrangements (such as term time/part time/job share) for suitable candidates.
