IT Helpdesk Advisor
We`re working with a prestigious company based on the outskirts of Keighley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident 1st Line Support candidate to join a thriving organisation.
Within the role you will provide first line operational support to customers, via phone, email or on the service desk portal. Other duties will include;
Acting as first point of contact for customers
Keeping the customer up to date with any outstanding issues
Ensuring all workloads are carried out within the correct timescales, ensuring tasks are evenly distributed to the wider support team
Ensuring works are carried out in the correct order of priority and high priority issues are communicated
Conducting remote health checks for customers on a regular basis
Regularly updating customer information, insuring databases are maintained.
We`re looking for candidates with experience in a 1st Line Support role and ideally some 2nd line support knowledge too. The following skills are also essential for success in this role;
Experience within SQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and confident attitude with excellent problem solving skills
In return our client offers a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 doe, with free onsite parking.
