Full time (37 hours)

23 days annual leave plus 8 Statutory

Castle is a purpose built Special School catering for pupils aged 3 - 19. This is an exciting school environment where students and staff are highly valued.

We currently have an opportunity for a conscientious and practical person to join us as Caretaker. The post holder will provide efficient and effective caretaking support to the school whilst ensuring the security and general appearance of the building and surrounding area are appropriately maintained.

Hours of work will be 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday – Thursday (8.00am to 3.30pm Fridays) and alternate Saturday mornings. Additional overtime may be required to be worked on occasions.

The post holder will possess practical DIY skills, a flexible, ‘can do’ nature, energy and enthusiasm. A clean driving licence is essential together with a good sense of humour.
