This key operational role requires you to be an effective communicator able to manage relationships and identify, control and manage expectation with Allergan and B38 representatives at all levels.
You will have a self-starting can do approach to delivering a best in class service to Allergan and will be required to support all stakeholders in achieving this level of service, ensuring a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
Position Objectives & Responsibilities:
·To develop, instil and promote high levels of customer service skills both individually and within the Allergan team.
·To act as a first line of contact and management of Allergan day to day requirements and any actions as appropriate.
·To supervise the daily cleaning operations in the NBC and HUB locations.
·To carry out operational tasks as required of your position and to ensure that safe operating practice is followed always, linked to a proactive approach to your duties to deliver optimum productivity, flexibility and service standards to Allergan.
·To maximise the flexibility of site operations to provide both self-cover and support to on site cleaning operations.
·To ensure that your cleaning staff are fully cross trained and fully competent in all aspects of the cleaning team’s operations.
· To liaise with suppliers and working with the B38 customer service helpdesk team, manage B38 subcontractor operations during all works being undertaken on site.
·To fulfil a first line support function to support the B38 team and Allergan staff as required.
·To assist and support the Allergan engineering team with maintenance support works during routine maintenance and during shutdown periods.
·To actively promote clear positive communications between B38 and Allergan.
·To ensure that best value for money is achieved through supporting B38 with contractor benchmarking and utilisation of the B38 Supply Chain.
·To actively seek out opportunities to support the wider B38 and Allergan teams to develop a trusted working relationship with your colleagues and Allergan clients.
·To support and implement staff training within the cleaning team.
·To identify and resolve any potential failures within the cleaning team’s operations.
·To provide cover for the daily operations of the cleaning team in the event of staff shortages and manage workflow during peak periods.
·To demonstrate strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
·To take full ownership of site operations to resolve any operational issues at a local level and engagement of contract management where required.
·To actively promote and monitor Health and Safety across all site operations.
·To respond positively to all reasonable requests in the interest and support of the B38 Team and Allergan representatives.
