The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is Scotland’s environmental watchdog. As well as tackling threats, we regulate, report and advise on activities nationwide. Our team of experts is committed to protecting and improving Scotland’s unique and beautiful environment. We are looking for Environmental Protection Officers to be based in North and West regions of Scotland.
A working knowledge of agriculture, rural diffuse pollution, priority catchments, River Basin planning, the code of good agricultural practice, four point plan, Planet, constructed farm wetlands, Good Agricultural and Environmental condition and other aspects of cross compliance. Candidates are also expected to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of Agricultural Regulatory controls, processes, procedures & guidance.
