About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Executive (6 month FTC) to join our Sales and Marketing department based at our new McCarthy & Stone development in Inverness.
We are looking for that special someone who will work with the Sales & Marketing department, and the Area Sales Manager, to:
- Ensure there is regular communication with clients
- Attend home visits with clients, if required
- Attend events within the surrounding area
- Process relevant sales paperwork
- Inspect homeowner apartments
- Handover/demonstration of apartments
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team to help our homeowners move in to their new development
About you
To be successful within this role, you will be educated to GCSE level, or equivalent. You will have excellent time management, planning and administrative skills. You will be able to work under pressure, self-motivated and be able to take responsibility to manage prioritise tasks and time efficiently.
