Sky Business is the business-to-business division of Sky, Europe's leading entertainment company. Sky Business provides commercial customers in the UK and Ireland with comprehensive multichannel television and wifi services across a wide variety of businesses. These include hotels, pubs, sports clubs, bookmakers, offices, gyms, shops, care homes, serviced apartments, golf clubs and oil rigs.

The Role
This role reports into the Director of Marketing and is a senior position in an ambitious and dynamic team, driving the development of best in class products and services for Sky commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- To develop and deliver the Sky Business' Communications Strategy.
- Develop clear and consistent messages that communicate Sky Business' purpose, strategy and values to external stakeholders and across the organisation.
- Develop and deliver external and internal PR and communications activities.
- Ensure a consistent message is delivered externally and internally by all Sky Business people.
- Make the most of Sky's communication functions and assets to grow Sky Business.
- Manage the annual communications budget monitoring spend and recommending solutions to maximise efficiency.
- Manage and develop a team of multi-skilled communication specialists.

Your skills
- Minimum of 4 years managing in communications.
- Particular strength in advocacy, media relations and copywriting.
- A brilliant writer and communicator, able to inhabit other people's voices.
- Experience working within a high pressured commercial trading environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- B2B and B2C experience.
- Knowledge of sport and the Licensed Trade is desirable.
- Experience working within a high volume customer acquisition focused environment.
