Macildowie HR are working with a well known brand in the South Leicestershire area as they are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them on an exciting journey! This is a 2 year FTC and will offer great exposure, as well as great benefits! Up to GBP30,000 for the right experience. Ideally looking for someone to start ASAP.

The Role

This role has been introduced to focus on the recruitment campaign for a specific business area and will include both permanent and graduate recruitment.

You will work within a small team building relationships with internal stakeholders to fully understand the roles and cultures of different areas.

Sourcing will be a huge part of this role as the business are always recruiting, even when they have filled their positions, the recruitment process will carry on to ensure incredibly strong pipelines as they are growing at such a rate

You will also build and develop assessment centres for the business, again focusing on different business areas and adapting to the specific disciplines.

Hiring Managers will fall within your remit, not only to build rapport with them but also to train them on the recruitment process, this will include re-vamping job descriptions as well as helping with interview style and questions

The business are in the latter stages of implementing their new recruitment system which is very exciting for them as this will allow them to do more with candidates and data and will allow them to manipulate the system to continue to build it to make it better!

The Ideal Candidate

Culture fit is the most important thing for this business, they want someone who is proactive and willing, incredibly confident with a can do attitude as well as able to work at pace, but enjoying working at pace too!

Previous recruitment experience within the engineering field would be hugely advantageous but not a necessity as you will have all of the tools you need in order to be successful in this role, but you must have a strong resourcing background, ideally 2 years minimum

Direct sourcing experience is high on their agenda, as is being a social media whizz and knowledgeable around various job boards

Accuracy, being a team player as well as being flexible are important to the business too, things are always changing so you need to be resilient and able to come up with solutions at a drop of a hat!
