We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager (standalone) on a full-time basis. Reporting into the CEO, you will build upon and drive the marketing strategy for the company, covering content creation, PR, PPC (Social, Search and Display), SEO, email marketing, and events. You will have a freelancer supporting you with the PPC campaigns.

This position is based at our EMEA offices in central London, UK. 

Start date: ASAP

Primary responsibilities:

+ Drive current marketing strategy and identify new marketing channels and opportunities 
+ Build marketing dashboards and report on campaign performance to senior leadership
+ Administrate Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing platforms
+ Plan and oversee PPC campaigns 
+ Commission and create new content (blog articles, case studies, whitepapers)
+ SEO
+ Use PR to raise our awareness and initiatives
+ Email marketing (email templates, newsletters, and lead nurturing)
+ Design, or commission the designs for, various marketing materials (print ads, brochures, case studies, infographics etc.)

Digital Marketing Manager Essential Required Skills & Experience:

+ At least 2 years of B2B marketing experience
+ Experience with Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and HubSpot
+ Excellent communication and writing skills (examples encouraged)
+ Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
+ Proficiency with Google Analytics
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Excellent written and spoken English skills
+ Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, put forward creative new ideas, and manage tight deadlines
+ Be entrepreneurial and results driven

Desirable Skills & Experience:

+ Experience working at a consultancy or software provider
+ Experience with Facebook Ads
+ Experience with Twitter Ads
+ Experience with HotJar
+ Knowledge of HTML and CSS
+ Proficiency and experience with using WordPress 
+ Marketing-related undergraduate degree or qualification
