Part Time HRBP

Experienced HR BP is required at an innovative company in South Oxfordshire. 15 hours per week. GBP35-38k.

Your new company
An experienced HR Business Partner is required to join the Director of Talent at an innovative company based in South Oxfordshire. Due to an increase in business activity, my client is planning to grow the current stand-alone HR team by adding an additional part time support. The large offices are professional, open plan and benefit from ample onsite parking.

Your new role
As a key support to the Director of Talent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with line managers and provide them with expert advice on a variety of people management practices. Furthermore, due to continued growth, you will be assisting with recruitment which will include both technical and non-technical positions. You will also have responsibility for supporting all areas of performance management; including personal development plans, leadership development and succession planning. As the trusted support to the Director of Talent, you will be expected to provide employees with up to date guidance based upon employment law on topics such as disciplinary, equality and diversity and grievance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will have current HR experience at Business Partner or Senior Advisor level. Furthermore, you will enjoy being hands on and be able to provide administrative support when required. It is essential that you have a sound and up to date knowledge of employment law and be able to communicate this in a clear and professional manner to line managers. You must also be available to work on a 15 hourly basis, however, the employer is very flexible as to how these hours are divided across the week.
