Marketing Brand Manager | West London | Retail / Ecommerce | 250pd People Source Consulting are currently seeking a Brand MarketingManager experienced in the Retail / Ecommerce sector to take on an 11month contract working within one of the biggest names in Global Ecommerce. The core responsibility of this role lies in driving creative fullyintegrated marketing campaigns, design & development andestablishing end-to-end connected customer experiences across screensand touch-points. You will be working across the full marketing mix - traditionalchannels like TV, radio and press, established social channels likeFacebook and Snapchat, big partners like Google and a wealth of newopportunities. Key elements of this role include: *Using a collaborative working approach, pull cross-functional teamstogether to deliver briefs and marketing plans. Project managing acrossthese teams to execute the plans across all channels to agreed timelinesthrough the line. *Generate briefs that results in truly creative work - from a designperspective through to innovative use of channels and partnerships.Partnering with the insights team to deliver customer businessunderstanding required to translate into briefs for agencies *Work with agencies to localise the global brand strategy and bring itto life for the UK with innovative, creative, and insightfulcommunications, maintaining consistency with the brand guidelines andensure appropriate local nuances are addressed. *Working closely with the content, social, digital, email, onsite andPR teams to ensure channel activity is developed and implemented in anintegrated way, creating a connected experience for our customers. *Collaborating with agencies to deliver creative ideas, concepts,executions and assets/formats "fit-for-use" with the customer. *Aligning the creative & media plans to work together to maximisethe return on investment and to push for innovation. *Report on performance of campaigns and drive improvements ongoing.Optimising the media mix and consistently improve the quality ofcreative execution as measured by customer-relevant metrics. *Managing client-agency relationship including ways of working,creative design/media planning and delivery processes, timelines,executional mandatories, creative quality and target optimization and measurement. *Working with third party partners to plan, deliver, execute andconstantly improve sponsorship activity Skills and experience required: *Previous experience of delivering TTL campaigns and driving brandconsideration metrics successfully in the past. Been instrumental indriving that performance - not marginal, or peripheral, but a coremember of the team. *Experience and confidence in managing sponsorship activities. *Significant marketing experience running fully integrated campaignsacross all channels including ATL from planning through to productionmeeting agreed targets and outcomes. *Experience of briefing / managing projects across internal departmentsand external agencies including marketing agencies, media owners and suppliers. *Highly creative, idea-focused individual with a proven track record ofimplementing successful and innovative 360 marketing campaigns *Strong experience in evolving brands /creative concepts *Significant experience in working with agencies to develop innovativemedia plans *Experience to scrutinising a TV laydown and challenge agencies when required. *Experience ensuring campaigns are delivered to budget. *Experience reporting on metrics, insights and adapting plans *Strong understanding of ATL media channels *Project management experience or understanding *Exceptional communication skills *Fun loving, proactive, self-confident, and highly motivated team player *Comfortable working with ambiguity *Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with competingdeadlines and priorities In return my client are offering: *250 *11 month contract *Exceptional opportunities for individual training and development(Even for contract staff) *The opportunity to work in one of the best respected businesses on the globe *An opportunity to work alongside Europe's best and brightest consultants *Full use of all company facilities (Refreshments, Trainingopportunities, evening classes / clubs, company socials etc.) This is a chance to experience the truly immersive culture of one ofthe best known brands on the globe.
