We're looking for a highly motivated, digitally savvy, marketing assistant to hit the ground running, taking ownership of the delivery of digital marketing campaigns for an ambitious, rapidly growing, successful international property company.
You'll be supported by the marketing manager to deliver, optimise and report on campaigns - ensuring that they're performing to their full potential to deliver outstanding ROI for the company.
A whistle stop tour of the key marketing activities you'll be responsible for...
You'll hit the ground running: planning, implementing and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns and assisting with the coordination of marketing projects.
Weekly tasks
Agent Communications
Liaising with the copywriter to coordinate the content calendar - including inputting on ideas, ensuring posts meet content strategy objectives and fit with the Kyero brand.
Reviewing, editing and scheduling blog posts - familiarity with the WordPress interface and comfortable scheduling posts in multiple languages will be important
Sourcing suitable imagery
Scheduling email marketing campaigns - being a Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp whizz will help!
Basic image editing (i.e. Photoshop) to ensure images are fit for purpose
Your excellent attention to detail will be put to test proofreading and carrying out final checks!
Promoting content via social media channels including: Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter - both organically and across paid advertising channels
Creative - you'll be a pro at coming up with compelling (and highly relevant) subject lines, email content and social media posts to promote the blog posts, and managing the translation of these assets.
Prospecting campaigns
- Scheduling, monitoring and optimising advertising campaigns across various digital advertising platforms. Including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google AdWords including display
Assisting with project coordination
Helping to plan and deliver key marketing materials and projects
Checking assets align with the brief
Cross checking assets from various third parties
Creative input into the promotion of marketing materials and projects
Responsible for the delivery of weekly promotion of various projects across organic and paid social channels

Content & copywriting skills; creating compelling CTAs. Developing ideas for creative content &
campaigns
Hands on experience using advertising campaign software - Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter and LinkedIn advertising, Adwords, BING
Experience with WordPress - creating pages, posts
End to end campaign management experience - practical experience planning, coordinating, managing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns, including organic (social media, PR and content marketing) and paid advertising channels
Impeccable attention to detail
Team player - used to providing and receiving constructive feedback
Confident in challenging the current way of doing things to become more efficient and effective
Comfortable and productive working 100% remotely
Whilst you have bags of creativity, you're also driven by deadlines and are a "finisher completer"
Knowledge of digital measurement, metrics and reporting. Including conversion tracking and solid understanding of Google Analytics
Proficient in using spreadsheets, reporting and presentation software
Experience with email marketing software (ideally Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp)
Desirable
Experience managing content on a multi site and/or multi language site
Commutable distance to Bristol for occasional in person catch ups
Photoshop (or other photo editing software for asset creation and editing)
Understanding of the property market
Be fluent in another language
