Ridgeway Facades specialise in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of commercial architectural aluminium facades to sites nationwide.
Due to a growing order book Ridgeway are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join us and play a key role in the commercial team. The role will be split between the head office in Gloucester and sites, predominantly in the South East.
Duties include
- Working collaboratively with Clients’ Project Management teams, the contractor, and other suppliers engaged in delivering the projects
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Preparing cost plans and estimates
- Assisting with writing contract documents
- Assisting with the administration of contracts
- Ensuring that budget management and reporting for the schemes are robust, complete and accurate
- Assessment of compensation events
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be computer literate, enthusiastic and thorough.
