Carrier Relations Manager

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Carrier Relations Domain Lead for our client based in London or Brussels.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £40k - £50k depending on experience.

• As a Carrier Relations Domain Lead - Mobile you are a senior team member responsible for our
• Mobile Carrier portfolio which contains all our all our Mobile services including local Mobile DIDs with
• Voice and SMS reachability, plus national and international sms termination.
• You serve as a first point of contact internally and externally for your domain.
• You ensure the provision of high quality, timely and cost-effective Carrier relations and interconnects
• to meet strategic and operational needs.
• You are responsible managing the wholesale relations with other Carriers, interconnects and
• coverage extension with new countries/cities/services.

Requirements

• Master degree level or equivalent through experience
• Experience in wholesale/interconnect of mobile services
• Experience in Procurement activities
• Experience in a team lead role
• In depth technical and commercial knowledge of National and International SMS and VOICE

interconnect is a must:

• Voice:
• TDM and IP based networks
• SS7 and SIP signaling
• Termination and transit services
• SMS
• SMPP and SS7 signaling
• Termination and transit services
• Roaming
• Fluent in English (written and oral)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Capacity to translate highly technical issues into easy to understand language
• Able to define and manage end to end processes
