Location: Bolton
Hours: 35 hours per week (will consider part-time)
Salary: GBP19,817 - GBP23,945 (pro-rata for part-time)

Citizens Advice Bolton is recognised as one of the leading legal advice organisations in the North West. We currently deliver specialist legal advice across five specialist categories of law (Housing, Welfare Benefits, Money Advice [Debt], Community Care and Immigration/ Asylum). We are also able to provide advice on a range of other subjects such as Employment, Family, Relationships and Consumer.
We provide our advice via multiple access points, including face-to-face, telephone and webchat.
Citizens Advice Bolton use a totally unique service delivery method to deliver legal advice putting it at the cutting edge of the industry. The basis of the model is getting the client's problem to the person with the right skills as quickly as possible. We can assist clients with a full range of services, from filling in a form to Judicial Review in almost any area of Social Welfare law.
Our immigration service is the leading provider of specialist immigration advice across the Citizens Advice network - we are nationally recognised across the immigration/asylum sector.
Not only do we look after our clients, but we also offer a range of career development opportunities for staff with the right abilities and commitment. This can include anything from becoming an expert in other areas of law, to training internally to become a qualified Solicitor.

We are seeking to recruit a committed, motivated and experienced immigration adviser with proven experience of providing advice and representation in immigration and asylum.
This role is based in Bolton, with the expectation that the post holder will be willing to provide advice sessions across the north west as and when required, liaising with stakeholders nationally
To be eligible for this role, you must currently hold at least OISC Level 2/ IAAS Level 1 accreditation.
