We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Systems Analyst to join us at our Head Office in Gloucester.
Within this role, you will assist the Senior Business Analyst with analysing and standardising current working practices, working primarily for our HR, however recognising the cross-over to other central support functions. Ensuring all business units within the group are provided with accurate, timely information, whilst identifying areas of weakness in systems and processes, you will own these issues and seeing solutions through to completion.
Joining an established, yet growing team, working together to ensure the successful delivery of information solutions from our central business functions to our national operational teams, implementing new business processes for dynamic improvements.
With strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel etc) and the ability to communicate at all levels, you will have excellent attention to detail with aptitude to work within a team. Experience within HR / Payroll / Finance role and a basic understanding of VBA, SQL queries would be advantageous, however is not essential. This role would suit a graduate.
