HR & PAYROLL MANAGER
HR & PAYROLL MANAGER - TELFORD - £30,000 - £43,000 + bonus
Our valued client, based in Telford, is currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Manager.
Essential requirements are that you have held a HR position within a manufacturing environment and are fully conversant with running a payroll of 300+ employees utilising Sage 50 Payroll.
You will be working for an expanding and successful company and be working in a busy and challenging HR capacity managing the HR functions, providing advice, guidance and support in all aspects of personnel management and employment legislation. You will also have sole responsibility for the Payroll of 300 employees.

The right person for this role will have the essential requirements listed above; have a flexible approach to working hours so as to provide a presence for the other shifts that operate on site.
Systems knowledge - Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office - Word and Excel
- Essential working knowledge of Sage 50 Payroll
- Desirable but not essential - knowledge of Hay Job Evaluation
Working Hours - 40hr per week - 8 - 5 Monday - Friday
Flexibility to adjust hours to accommodate other shifts at least twice a month.
Salary £30,000 - £43,000 + Bonus + Pension + 20 days + stats (increasing to 25 with service)
