We are looking for Customer Service Representative dedicated to putting customers at the heart of what they do.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, taking inbound calls. Dealing with calls on behalf of a range of clients when customers have a query or wish to discuss the registration of household goods.
The Customer Advisors will deal with a range of different calls so will be required to flex their approach and identify other opportunities to up sell that are suitable for the customer.
You will engage with the customers, actively listen to them and ensure that their enquiry is appropriately handled every time.
With your great questioning and listening skills you will be able to identify other suitable products for the customer that could improve the customer experience.
So what do you need?
You will ideally come from a highly focused customer service, sales or complaints background, however this is not as essential as passionate customer service skills.
You will thrive on targets - but always make sure that the customer`s interests come first
You understand the customer`s perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport with them
An understanding of working in a regulated environment and preferably in a contact centre environment
A passion to deliver a first-class customer service
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, targeted environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi task
Great team spirit!

Working 37 hours per week, rolling rota basis. Opening hours: Mon to Sun 8am-8pm. Daily shift lengths can vary from day to day depending on department need
