We have an excellent opportunity to join our client, a well established organisation based in Croydon, as a Purchaser.
There are excellent working hours of Monday to Thursday 8 - 4 and Friday 8 - 3, equating to a 36 hour working week. A competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 is on offer plus an amazing benefits package including 20 days holiday, annual bonus, life assurance, pension and many more!
As a Purchaser, you will ensure that all communications and internal processes are co-ordinated in a manner that ensures the parts are available on time. The availability of materials which support both internal Workshop Overhaul and Repair activities and the supply of spare parts to external customers are vital to the success of the business.
In order to be considered for the role, previous experience using an ERP system is essential. You must also be highly IT literate, especially in Excel, have excellent communication skills and poses the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. It would be ideal if you have previous experience working in a engineering environment.
