£14,857 per annum

Fixed Term Contract: 2 years starting August 2018

Do you think a career in horticulture could be for you? Are you passionate about plants, but new to the industry? We are delighted to be able to offer horticultural apprenticeship opportunities at RHS Garden Rosemoor.  

Our apprenticeship scheme is aimed primarily at 16 to 19 year olds but is open to all, including career changers.  It provides training in a broad range of horticultural skills to individuals with little or no horticultural experience.   

The positions will be offered on a two year contract. As an RHS Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced garden teams while studying at college for the Level 2 Horticulture Trailblazer Apprenticeship. You will gain experience and knowledge in establishing and maintaining formal and informal garden areas, propagation, turf care, being environmentally aware and using equipment and machinery, and much more!
