More about the role

- The basic salary for the role is up to £25,000 pa with a realistic OTE of £45,000

Here's what you can expect to be doing

- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team of Retention Sales Executives

- Experience of leading sales people within a telesales environment 

- Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the full sales cycle.

- A highly motivated attitude to targets.

- Goal orientated with a passion to succeed.

- Act with integrity at all times – placing the customer at the heart of all the decisions.

A few things about you

- 2-3 years team management experience in a high activity telesales environment.

- Experience of using coaching models to improve and drive performance.

- Evidence of success in a retention's based sales role or retention's sales management role.
