Our client has a vacancy for a part time Conference Administrator in their very busy Conference Office.
Conference Administrator
Part time, 16 hours per week
(4 mornings to include working a Monday and Friday morning)
Starting salary between £23,000 - £25,000 p.a. (pro-rata)
Based: Cambridge
You will be assisting the Conference and Events Manager in the administration and provision of this college’s thriving conference business. Main responsibilities will encompass a range of conference activity; assisting in the implementation of the college’s marketing plans including executing and creating content for their social media and digital marketing campaigns, office administration and event management.
The position requires an individual with excellent organisational and IT skills who is able to work on their own initiative. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
This is a part-time position, for 16 hours per week (4 mornings to include working a Monday and Friday morning).
