Plumpton College has a long standing excellent reputation for its Agriculture provision as well as a highly successful commercial farm. We are now seeking to recruit a Programme Manager to lead our Level 3 Further Education provision. You will coordinate students and resources, to ensure that excellent vocational and academic skills are achieved as well as ensuring that our students are inspired and motivated to make a significant contribution to our successful programmes.

If you're an experienced practitioner or a lecturer looking to move up and are looking for a role that will motivate you, challenge you and give you plenty of variety, then this could be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for a professional, hardworking and confident team player with extensive experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry, ideally in the livestock sector. You will be a highly effective teacher with extensive learning and assessment experience, and the ability to coordinate and develop programmes effectively.
