Trainee Executive Search Consultant The Training

Recruitment Consultancy The Job:
*Identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work, through social media and various other networking tools
*Reviewing and clarifying job specifications, competencies and skills required
*Scheduling and coordinating interviews
*Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
*Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
*Providing regular updates and feedback to managers and candidates
*Generating new business using targeted sales strategies either on the phone or in person
*Writing job adverts, registering new CVs, interview preparation, CV advice.
*Building longstanding working relationships
The Candidate:
*To succeed in recruitment, you must be extremely money motivated, ambitious and very eager to succeed within your career.
*A confident and outgoing nature is essential in order to successfully build relationships.
*You will need a very resilient, tenacious nature
*High achieving or sporting backgrounds are desirable
*Previous sales experience will help you stand out
