Your new company
An experienced HR Business Partner is required to join a large, exciting organisation near Abingdon. You will be joining a large HR function who service a total of circa 900 employees. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking business who are contributing positively towards environmental issues worldwide.
Your new role
Using your generalist HR experience, you will be required to work closely with people managers, employees and trade unions in order to assist with all HR and people issues. This will include creating and delivering training programmes, providing coaching and support to people managers and promoting diversity and inclusion. Furthermore, you will gather data in order to identify trends and issues leading to long term strategic planning and the development of new initiatives. In addition to this you will also play a key role in handling complex personal cases and tribunal management to ensure that employees are supported.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will have extensive generalist experience at Business Partner level, strong mediation and coaching skills and excellent communication. Furthermore, you will have up to date Employment Law knowledge and experience with encouraging diversity and equality. Ideally, you will also have an MCIPD or equivalent qualification.
