Salary £23,446 - £25,790 + Car allowance of £750 per annum
Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, 37 hours per week

We’re seeking an HR Advisor to assist with specific corporate change initiatives over the next 12 months.  

Areas of focus will be assisting with TUPE transfers (in and out of the Group) together with the management of any associated restructuring issues and undertaking employee consultation meetings. You’ll also undertake people management related projects and support the team in dealing with employee relations issues.

You’ll have sound knowledge and experience of practically managing TUPE transfers and restructures, conducting staff consultations, managing investigations and dealing with disciplinary and grievance procedures.  Knowledge of ACAS conciliation, Settlement Agreements and Employment Tribunals would also be beneficial.

You must have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, or be making substantial progress towards this, be a member of the CIPD and have gained 5 GCSEs grade C+ (including English) or equivalent. You’ll be someone who constantly seeks best practice, innovation and continual improvement, with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.  

Travel to other GreenSquare sites will feature and preferably you’ll hold a full driving licence and have use of a private vehicle.
