Lift Repair Supervisor, based from our Bristol Regional Office

The Role

We require a commercially focused Lift Repair Supervisor, with excellent leadership, managerial and communication skills to work in conjunction with the Customer Support Manager and the Special Projects, Repairs Manager.

The position will oversee the operational delivery of all aspects of the Regional Office, ensuring that customer service excellence is achieved through a pro-active customer interface.

They will provide first line management to engineers and staff ensuring maintenance visits and lift breakdown attendances are delivered on time and to budget, whilst ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation and in accordance with the company’s processes and procedures.

Candidates must possess at least 5 years’ experience of leading a team, technical skills and customer relationship management. Previous lift industry experience is preferred but not essential.

A full driving license and PC literacy is also required.
