In the role of Global HR Assistant you will provide administrative and project support to the Group HR function. This role will cover 4 main areas; Reporting, Recruitment and Selection, Pay and Benefits and providing support to HR Projects.

In this wide ranging role you will produce MI reports to identify emerging trends and assist in the production of the annual global engagement survey. With regard to Pay and Benefits you will ensure all records are up to date, filed and support in the end to end annual pay review process. Further to this assisting with the recruitment process, you will sift candidates, liaise with managers, organise interviews, provide feedback and ensure offers /contracts are completed.

Ideally our client are looking for you to be CIPD level 3 qualified (however this is not essential), to hold strong excel / PowerPoint skills and be the type of individual that’s motivated to seek new knowledge and enjoys continuous learning. With your update knowledge of UK employment law, you will have a proven track record of working in busy HR team and have working knowledge of HR policies/processes. With your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be able to present information in a well-structured and logical manner.
