Role: Project Co-ordinator / Project Manager
Benefits: Basic salary up to £30,000
Essential experience: Telecoms Project Co-ordination
Our client is a leading Voice & Data solutions provider. They are well established, expanding and now have a requirement for an office based Project Co-ordinator / Project Manager to join the team. This key role will entail running up to 30 different Projects from simple / small value Telcoms Projects throgh to more complex multisite high value Projects. You will be working within a team of Project Co-ordinators / PM's and the role offers good career development and progression opportunites.
The successful candidate will have Project Co-ordination experience within a Telecoms company and have producct knowledge in areas such as Fixed Lines & Calls - Phone Systems - Data Connectivity - Business Mobile - Hosted Solutions.
The company are ideally looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator with a strong technical telecoms background, who would like to develop within the company.
You are the main point of contact for your customers and will pro-actively provide them with solutions integrating our product portfolio.
This is a busy, diverse and challenging role where an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer support coupled with strong commercial instinct is essential. You will be robust in your "can do" approach and your sense of urgency.
You will demonstrate excellent communication skills with the abililty to quickly build relations with your customers plus internal and external contacts. You are calm under pressure which allows you to make the most informed decision as each case arises and offer best advice.
*Previous telecoms industry experience
*Good knowledge of voice/data products and solutions
*Good analytical skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*A strong background in a B2B environment
*Experience of working in a project management environment
*Track record of working under pressure and to deadlines
