Joining them based at their head office Technical Advisory Team, you will provide technical support and advice to customers and internal stakeholders on the use of their range of products and services to the required standards.

Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of technical standards, legislation and building trends, you will qualify technical enquiries and provide a consistently high level of customer care. Always seeking to add value, applying lean principles, you will produce technical specifications and drawings for the company’s products and occasional material estimates and maintain a high level skill in the operation of Technical & CRM software and applications to include AutoCAD.

They are looking for a highly focused and self-motivated individual who can work well as part of a wide and varied team within a busy customer focused environment. With excellent written and oral communication skills, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently and accurately with a clear focus on quality.

You’ll need to have a friendly yet professional telephone manner with a consultative approach and tone of voice, as well as a positive ‘can-do’ attitude that strives to continuously improve. Ideally you will be educated to Degree level or hold an equivalent building / construction related qualification and be conversant with the building industry and associated regulations and standards.
