Strategy Manager
A top tier law firm based in London is currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to join its high performing internal strategy function.
As Strategy Manager, you will support senior decision makers across the firm in the prioritisation and execution of its global strategic vision. This will include assessing opportunities, managing change and overseeing global, multidisciplinary projects.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Provide thought leadership and research in the development of the Firm's strategy and related strategic initiatives;
- Advise on developments within the legal industry and its competitive landscape in order to enhance the quality of strategic decision making;
- Produce material on relevant internal business units, market and competitor data
- Communication/change management around the firm's strategy including presentations and speeches
- Support projects that drive the development and execution of the strategy of the EMEA region and the London growth strategy
As this is a critical hire in a tier one firm, the standards to entry are exceedingly high.

- Experience in a corporate strategy team within a professional services organisation or consultancy such as McKinsey, Bain, PA Consulting, BCG, Strategy&, Booz Allen etc.
- Highly experienced in managing and delivering projects and able to demonstrate an understanding of change management tools and techniques
- Experience within a law firm highly desirable
- Strong analytics/research skills
- Ability to successfully engage with senior stakeholders
- MBA from top tier university would be advantageous
