Our client is a recognised leader in the Public Sector Events field and due to expansion and growth they are looking for talented and creative telesales professionals to sell their highly lucrative sponsorship and exhibition spaces across a portfolio of prestigious events to the private sector.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Good understanding of selling creative solutions.
Knowledge of sales processes and structure.
Able to research and source your own leads.
Strong sales approach with demonstrable experience of cold calling.
Experience with sponsorship and exhibition products and be prepared to make a large number of pitches to secure business.
Reaching weekly average targets as set out by the Sales Manager.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential
Minimum of 1 years proven experience in selling B2B with a demonstrable track record and have proven sales success and achievements.
Experience in researching and sourcing own leads.
High levels of creativity a confident sales negotiator.
Comfortable in selling to highlevel decision makers.
Selfmotivated, resilient with excellent persuasion skills.
Selfdriven, focused to achieve weekly targets.
Able to work well within a team as well as on your own initiative.
Desirable
Experience of exhibition sales or niche products.
High attention to detail and have worked in a pressurised, professional environment.
