Person Specification

This post requires a charismatic experienced teacher who feels ready for increased responsibility or an existing capable EBD/SEMH Lead Teacher who feel they would thrive in a new environment who has experience of working with both SEN and EAL pupils and worked in a leadership capacity before. The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum and a history of training their staff. You must show the ability to demonstrate your leadership abilities and incorporate results targets into your practice.

About the Role

In this exciting EBD/SEMH Lead Teacher position you will be becoming an important part of the welcoming teaching team, you will be responsible for leading on areas such as curriculum development and pastoral support. As an EBD/SEMH Lead Teacher you will be using your knowledge and creativity to run the committed team and you will be taking charge of the progressing and improvement of the syllabus. Day to day you will be teaching classes between 4-6 learners.
