HR Consultant - Social Care Resourcing
HR Consultant / Resourcing project role to support care and support organisations across West Sussex
Were seeking an experienced & motivated HR Professional with a background of innovative resourcing to support external care provider organisations with with strategies and interventions to attract care staff across West Sussex.
This is a newly funded position to act as a project lead for resourcing within the care sector provider organisations. You will work with external providers in developing effective and innovative resourcing strategies for the care sector, seeking to increase to profile, quality and quantity of care candidates.
What you'll need to succeed
Were seeking an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Recruitment partner who has experience or exposure to recruitment of care staffing or similar industries which require innovative approaches to attract candidates to the sector.
You will be need to have an HR Or Resourcing background with an energy and enthusiasm for developing creative/innovative interventions to have an impact.
