Job Title - Graduate Recruitment Manager

Location - Canary Wharf

Contract type - Permanent, Full-Time

Salary - Circa GBP60k per annum, may be flexible for a superstar. Good bonus structure.

Our client specializes in IT and financial markets consultancy and have experienced a period of serious growth. They require a graduate recruitment specialist with a strong track record of working closely with universities to attract the best technology graduates across the UK.

The business is looking for the brightest Computer Science and STEM Graduates who are passionate about pursuing a rewarding career in Technology. You will help to attract individuals that are motivated and eager to learn and apply new skills in a fast-paced working environment while excelling in diverse teams.

What will be keeping you busy?

You will be responsible for owning the University engagement strategy, building relationships with Universities' careers service functions and faculties. You will develop our client's brand across these Universities and encourage them to participate in projects and have a presence directly with students.

In conjunction with the Marketing function you will work together to promote all relevant events to Students/Graduates. You will ensure that all relevant events are delivered on budget and are well attended.

Where required you will, conduct interviews with new candidates and take the lead on the Summer internship programme.

Who are we looking for?

You will be someone that has experience of navigating Universities in order to attract the best available graduate talent across the UK. We are looking for someone that has strong graduate recruitment and engagement experience and if this is focused on technology graduates, that would be great, but is not essential.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is personable with an outgoing personality that is able to demonstrate the personal characteristics required to turn requirements into placements. You will have the ability to influence and persuade and manage difficult conversations whilst being organized and assertive.
