Are you a director looking for next challenge in Pharmacovigilance?

One of the top CRO's globally has seen plenty of expansion over the past few years and has opened up a new position for an knowledgeable Director to take up the Pharmacovigilance and Safety Services Department. You will take control of the change in the department, developing staff, processes and any other elements that will help this organisation reach the very top of the ladder, somewhere they continue to build towards.

Working with a lot of innovative technologies from a variety of different clients you will get the opportunity to help bring all kinds of products to market with the help of your department ensuring all reporting procedures are correct and that the staff know exactly what they are aiming for. This global director role will really give you a chance to work with this plethora of products as apposed to some positions that will have you stuck with the same pipeline of products year in year out, this opportunity will give you a much broader view of the market and the technologies that are out there.

You will be able to put to use your experience working with ARGUS alongside your practical PV knowledge to ensure that all PV services are streamlined to both run effectively and efficiently while still maintaining the high accuracy. This is a chance to step into one of the large CRO's, making impacts across the entire European community for this organisation and take a leading role in putting in place new and upgraded SOP's and reporting systems to really make a different in patients lives.

The requirements for this role are as follows:

  • Evidence of Strong Pharmacovigilance experience within a global organisation
  • Man management expeirence with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Ability to ensure the processes of change are efficient and worthwhile
