ClickIQ.co.uk is a private equity-backed advertising technology startup, led by a highly-experienced management team. We are on a mission to disrupt recruitment advertising having launched in Spring 2017 our ground-breaking performance advertising (PPC) marketing and analytics technology platform; the first with integrated machine learning/AI. Having established our presence in the UK we are now attracting an enviable and rapidly growing list of Clients.

The Client Account Director role

We are currently seeking a highly capable individual to join our talented team and lead the management of a group of our Clients, predominately the in-house talent acquisition managers in large, big brand corporates and their performance recruitment advertising.

As Client Account Director, you will have oversight of client performance advertising strategy, including supporting the growth of our existing clients and new business development. Managing all aspects of our client relationships from on-boarding, defining campaign strategy, recommending budgets and working closely with them to set up, optimise and measure the performance of their campaigns. You'll build and develop strong client relationships and provide regular updates, campaign insights and management reporting.

Experience and Skills

If you have at least 3 years Agency side experience of managing Clients within a digital agency (preferably with some exposure to performance advertising), B2B account management in a software as a service environment, or a tech platform, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

We are seeking a graduate who is ambitious and who will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, someone with an affinity for technology, good commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, highly organised and with strong attention to detail.
