This is a new opportunity to lead a team who are responsible for using customer analytics to shape our E strategy. Your team's contribution will ensure that the College puts the student first in any business decision to that we can deliver the best service possible.
In this role you will be responsible for the management of all data analysis and subsequent insight projects, whilst developing and implementing data strategies that enhance the core businesses capabilities. This role will offer the opportunity to take ownership of a crucial area within the ICT function and have a significant impact on the utilisation of data and insight on the activities of the College.
You will lead your team in championing the customer segmentation, building predictive models and identifying key insights to help shape future plans. Your team will play a key part in supporting core business areas and working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, developing insight strategies, presenting and engaging with a wide variety of audiences. You will prioritise and effectively communicate the insight roadmap to stakeholders, taking accountability for delivering against the expectations set.
The successful candidate will have experience of SQL, Reporting Services, Management Dashboards and senior stakeholder management. Similarly, you will either be familiar with the landscape of the education sector data available through OFSTED and ESFA, or be able to demonstrate the ability to rapidly become so.
Holding a relevant degree you will have extensive relevant experience including successfully leading a team and delivering excellent standards of customer service. A Prince 2 Foundation or ITIL Foundation Service Management Essentials qualification is desirable.
