Size is important in that you may be experienced in working with large blue-chip organisations and feel now is the time to run your own ship for the first time. You will have the ambition and ability to move into the number one position and be ready for that next step.

Alternatively, you may already be in a number one role, having previously operated as part of an Executive Board in a values driven organisation. This role could provide the opportunity to be part of a P/E backed organisation with a more ambitious and positive future.
