Customer service operators

I am looking for customer service operators for a new department based within a reputable public sector client. This is a 2 month fixed term contract (37 hours per week) and the working hours are based on a rota from Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and occasional Saturday working from 8am to 1pm. The pay rate is £9 with start dates of the 05 March 2018.

The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact providing timely, effective and efficient support to the general public regarding fishing rod licenses. This will include processing transactions for those wanting to purchase rod licenses. You will receive, record and resolve queries where possible, routing and monitoring support/ service requests including additional administrative duties across the wider team as required.

Ideal candidates will have experience of:

- Delivering excellent customer service both over the phone and in writing

- Decision making and finding solutions to issues and problems that confront you

- Working in a team to achieve quality and quantity targets

- Good IT skills are necessary and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
