HR Advisor (ER)

My client is looking for an HR Advisor with an employee relations focus, to cover all areas of ER and develop managers, giving them the confidence to achieve the best results from their teams.

The brand is an innovative and well established food and beverage retailer with a global reach, providing goods of the highest quality from all over the world, directly to their consumers.

With over 500 employees based across three key locations, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, as well as sit within the wider HR team who all have a passion for the development of their people.

You will work closely with the Head of People who has over 17 years' experience within HR across a variety of high profile organisations, allowing you to grow your knowledge of both the industry and HR.

Based within the main office, you will be responsible for covering all ER areas including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and tribunals. The role will work closely with managers across the business to coach, develop and build abilities within the management team, in order for them to proactively deal with ER issues when they arise. This will all contribute towards the arching aim to promote a positive ER culture throughout the business.

Having had solid experience with end to end management of the above ER cases, you will be able to make the role your own, constantly seeking new and improved ways of working to provide efficiency and a standard of best practice.

Salary: c. GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
