Salary - £17,116 per annum

The successful candidates will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and used to working as part of a busy team.  

Providing a front line service to customers, both over the telephone and face-to-face, you will be fielding a wide variety of enquiries from tenants, applicants and external customers.  The ability to deal with queries relating to all aspects of the housing process and landlord responsibilities, as well as taking payments and processing and assessing applications is required.  

A confident, flexible approach to your work and good IT skills are essential to providing excellent customer service in this role, sometimes in challenging situations.

This post will be predominantly based at our Uttoxeter Office, however, from time to time you may be asked to work at our Burton Office.
