Do you want to lead and manage the manufacturing operation functions who ensure that all our amazing products are produced effectively and on time? Do you want to help improve the systems and processes of manufacturing to make sure we optimise our production value streams?
Are you excited about looking for opportunities to make a complex and busy operation more effective and more efficient? Working with your teams and the manufacturing management team you will develop optimized production capacity plans, commercial service levels and accurate product information, all in a timely manner, to support our demanding service levels. You will also ensure all our products flow from design through manufacturing to distribution with absolute clarity to the agreed milestones.
You will be responsible for supporting manufacturing to deliver its operational plans, while continuously improving our processes to ensure we are always producing more effectively. You will also be responsible for managing teams who operationally plan manufacturing, purchase product materials and components and update our core systems with product data.
We know what makes this job hard is staying objective and ensuring the most commercially efficient end to end decisions are made, whilst working at pace whilst also managing and balancing the short and long term goals.
