Position: Multi-skilled Technician 
Location: Nottingham 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Hours: 39 hours per week 

Salary: up to £24,500 per annum (depending upon the level of multi-skilling experience) + callout allowance of c.£2000 per annum, company vehicle, power tools and uniform

About the role: 

If you want to be part of this exciting next stage of our growth, then we have vacancies that may be of interest to you. The Multi-Skilled Operative will carry out a wide range of trade activities in conjunction with a main trade in a customer focused manner in domestic void and tenanted properties. 

You will ensure the process of swiftly repairing and maintaining tenanted & void properties and bringing them up to a tenantable condition remains paramount at all times. The work will include joinery, plastering, brickwork, plumbing and tiling and other routine ad-hoc maintenance activities. 

The role may include painting and decorating to domestic and communal areas and roofing repairs and replacements. 

About you: 

You will be qualified to City and Guilds / NVQ 2, or preferably to advanced Craft Level / NVQ Level 3, in a trade or be able to demonstrate you have significant experience undertaking multi-skilled works. You will have experienced time served apprentice trained tradesperson in a relevant discipline and will have demonstrable recent experience of carrying out multi trade maintenance and refurbishment work to domestic void and occupied properties. You will also have an understanding and experience of working to all current health and safety regulations and requirements. 

Additionally, you will have a full understanding of general building maintenance and refurbishment work as it relates to domestic property construction. A valid full driving licence is also essential and you must be able to participate in the out of hours rota for the emergency Call-Out Service.
